The Pantheon in Paris, originally a church, now functions as a mausoleum for famous French citizens. Its interior is spectacular and great for photography. Whenever I have a chance to go there I try to come up with some new angle, one example is in this photo. If only they were not so strictly against tripods there…

This beautiful chapel in heart of Paris is a must-see when you visit this city. I’ve already published some of the photos from here and this is another one.

I remember that when I was taking this picture it was quite cold, the weather before that day was often very rainy. For few moments the sky completely opened and this is what I saw.

I posted many pictures of the “big” pyramid in Louvre. I have prepared a small one for today. This photo is from December 2011. The most memorable thing about this picture for me is how we (me and my friend) were freezing in the cold wind:). But, as long as I have my camera, the cold in Paris is not going to win:).

I’ve heard that some people hate Paris and some love it. I belong to the second group. This city has something I can’t quite express in words…I’m lucky I had my camera with me:).

I spent there some time last winter and that’s when I made this photo. It was quite chilly morning, the sun was just rising, the Christmas in the air…nice memories…

Few days ago I published my first picture from this great chapel. I chose another one from inside. But this time only a small part of the interior.

I will not show a new photo today. Instead, I’ll show you all my published photos (from the oldest to the youngest) from the most famous museum in Paris, The Louvre. I published these pictures over the last year here on my blog and I can see how my technique evolved. The first photos were taken in February last year. The rest came to the world when I visited Paris in December.

Today I feel like Louvre. I visited the Czech National Gallery in Prague recently and it reminded me the Louvre. Here it is:).

The Sainte-Chapelle in Paris is probably the most beautiful chapel I’ve ever been to. Interesting about this building is that it has two chapels one above the other. This one is the top one. I highly recommend visiting this chapel. It’s on the same island as the Notre Dame so you’ll find it without any problems.

If you wake up early enough you can experience much more interesting views everywhere. Whether it’s in the city or somewhere in the mountains. This is the proof:) (at least for the city).
