Pendulum

Posted by on Aug 18, 2013 in Black-and-white, Canon EOS 60D, Prague | 0 comments

When I get bored with my usual post-processing I like trying something new. Few days ago I felt like black-and-white. I browsed through my unprocessed images and I found this picture of pendulum which is here in Prague at Letenske sady. After I was done with the B&W conversion I wasn’t quite sure that it’s all. So I did a little experiment with different kinds of blurs and I finally decided to go for this crazy look. Sometimes I get dizzy when I look at this but that’s exactly what I like about it:).

Sunset after the Storm

Posted by on Aug 5, 2013 in Canon EOS 60D, HDR, Prague, Sunset | 0 comments

There was quite a huge storm here in Prague yesterday. Fortunately, it stopped just before the sunset and I felt the sunset could be nice. So I went outside to one of my favourite spots. The rest is in the picture:).

Sunset over Nusle

I haven’t posted a photo for quite some time. I’ve been busy with my school work (and I still am). I have few days now when I can get back to my photography.

Earlier today I updated my SmugMug page. SmugMug recently updated their website and now it’s really easy to customise your site there using their new interface. I’m really glad my portfolios are under SmugMug’s wings, they’re doing a great job.

New Photo

And there’s a new photo! Few days ago I walked on this ledge near Nuselsky bridge here in Prague when I realised this might be a great spot for car trails. So I went there and waited for the sun to go down. When the street lights went on, it was the perfect time and this is the result.
