Busy Big Ben

It was really busy around the Big Ben, as always. I found this spot from where you can see the Big Ben and the London Eye as well. Together with the traffic and people. The long exposure made it look more dramatic:). It amazes me that there are still people camping here in tents and protesting against various stuff (I saw these tents here five years ago too).

Westminster Abbey

Today I prepared another photo of the Westminster Abbey, this time photographed from its front. This angle is less known, at least for me. There is quite wide road in front of the entrance and it looks like pavement (so no cars…). So I walked to the middle of it and started to prepare for the shot when suddenly cab passed by in front of me. What a surprise:). Anyway, I managed to stay alive and made this shot:).

The Westminster Abbey

It was the weekend of the Remembrance Day in the UK when I was there. The crosses and poppies in front of the Westminster Abbey reminds us the end of hostilities in the First World War at 11 a.m. in 1918. It adds an interesting mood to the photo, kind of sad, at least for me.
