Dancing Dolphin

When I was going to take some pictures of the Tower Bridge, I came across this interesting fountain. So of course I took a picture of it together with the Tower Bridge. I’m always surprised what pictures I get while going for those that are in my head. These unexpected photos are often better:).

The Gherkin

This is one of the famous modern buildings in London. The area around it is not huge and without the wide-angle lens it’s difficult to get the whole building into the frame. I focused on the bottom of the building which I find interesting. Also the weather wasn’t the best it could be for taking pictures. Nevertheless I think it helped a bit to bring out the vibrant colors of the autumn leaves.

The King’s College Chapel

I keep using Google+ more and more since I’ve got an invitation. It don’t think it’s better or worse than Facebook but it is definitely different. I have to say I really like Cambridge. I spent there only a day but I just loved the atmosphere, feel and the look of the town. I definitely have to come there again and explore it much more. The King’s College Chapel here in the photo is one of many beautiful places there.
